Framework

According to the guidelines of profile manufacturers square windows must be fully reinforced.

In order to comply with the guidelines for arch elements, we bend the steel reinforcement for the arch area according to the customer's needs. This has the advantage that the window can be reinforced not only in the upright sides and the cross-piece, but also in the arch area.
This ensures better fitting of the leaves and better and safer screwing of the posts.

This reinforcement is absolutely necessary for larger arch elements and front doors and two-leaf arch elements. In addition, the armoring we bend is reinforced with welded-connections made of hard plastic and screwed in the the straight part of the steel element.

The stainless steel plate is screwed to the steel reinforcement in the straight leg and to the plastic core in the arch area. The aluminum sheet is pre-drilled so that the screws can be counter-sunk.
